Meet Your Coach: Lewis Boswell

My journey into fitness started with a personal struggle. Like many, I faced challenges with my health, appearance, and performance. That experience fueled my passion to help others take control of their lives and achieve their goals. For over 10 years, I’ve been dedicated to mastering the science of strength and conditioning, earning both a BSc and MSc. I’ve worked with elite athletes and everyday individuals, developing a proven method to apply research-backed principles to real-life transformations.
